If you cancel your purchase of Products within 7 days, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the day we receive the returned Product or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing evidence of having sent back the Product. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, minus the cost of delivering the item to you via standard delivery, provided that you have taken reasonable care of it. If audio or video Products provided to you in a separate sealed packet are opened, you may not be entitled to a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Shipping costs are added at checkout and have a flat rate fee of £5.00 regardless of the size of the order.

We aim to ship within 3-5 working days, however should an item become out of stock we will ship at the very earliest opportunity.
